We sell nicotine and hemp‑derived cannabinoid products, both of which are federally and state‑regulated. By law, every buyer must be at least 21 years old. We enforce this rule at every step.

We verify age in three stages. Each stage must pass before we deliver the product.

Stage 1: Checkout. You enter your legal name, date of birth, and shipping address. We send that data to Veratad, a third‑party age‑verification service. Veratad checks public records – driver’s license databases, voter registration, and other official sources – to confirm that the name and date of birth match a real person of legal age. This check happens in real time and takes less than five seconds. If Veratad confirms your age, you proceed to payment.

Stage 2: Manual review. If Veratad returns a “cannot confirm” result, we do not cancel your order automatically. We send you an email with a secure link to upload a photo of your government‑issued ID. We accept driver’s licenses, state ID cards, and passports. The photo must show the front and back clearly. The upload system is encrypted and restricts access to a limited number of our staff. Once we receive it, we manually compare the ID details with the order. We then delete the photo from our system within 30 days. If we cannot verify you, we cancel the order and refund your payment.

Stage 3: Delivery. Every package ships with “Adult Signature Required” service through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The driver asks for an ID from the person receiving the package. That person must be 21 or older and must sign the delivery scanner. The driver records the recipient’s name and signature. If no one of age is present, the driver does not leave the package.

We do not accept alternative verification methods. We do not accept notes, verbal promises, or secondary signatures.

If you provide false information – a fake name, an incorrect date of birth, or a wrong address – we flag the order. We may cancel it and refuse future orders from your IP and billing address. We also report deliberate fraud attempts to the relevant authorities when warranted.

Your age‑verification data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction. We do not share it except with our verification provider and, when required, law enforcement.

We update this policy when laws change. Currently we follow the federal minimum age of 21 and apply it to all states, even those with lower state limits.
